For excellent tannin and household stain blocking ability, this is a premium quality, water-based 100% Acrylic Stainblocking Primer for interior or exterior use. Excellent for use over bleeding-type wood surfaces. May be used as a fast-drying primer under oil-based paints, or as a primer on clean, new or aged galvanized metal.
